(Westmalle): Cleanest of the Trappist-style yeast. Great for accentuating malt-flavor in dubbels. High alcohol tolerance, can be used for French and Belgian Christmas Ales, Dark Strong Ales, Trippels, and high gravity Belgian Ales.
