This strain will produce dimethyl sulfide early in fermentation but don’t be concerned, it will dissipate in short order leaving a clean beer with very low esters. Great for Kölsch, Altbeir and American Wheat beers .

Attenuation: 70-76%
Suggested fermentation temperature: 60-68º F
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High (10%)
